It is an upright cutter driven by stepper motors and includes a laser for semi-automatic contour cutting. With a maximum clearance of 53.1", this cutter is perfect for running 48" vinyl or window tint. Perfect for running sign vinyl, heat transfer material and a variety of other release liner backed materials as well.

Sabinecolors Servo Contour ARMS Vinyl Cutter. This is the contour servo version of the Sabinecolors vinyl cutters with an ARMS system for automatically reading the contour position on your vinyl. The servo contour vinyl cutter is driven by servo motors. Servo motors are much quieter than stepper motors. They are more accurate, faster and more powerful for cutting thicker materials. Cuts a variety of materials including sign vinyl, heat transfer material, stencil material and other liner backed materials.

This is the basic model of the Sabinecolors servo vinyl cutter series in 24" upright version. The Sabinecolors servo vinyl cutter series is driven by servo motors. Servo motors are more accurate, much quieter, faster and more powerful. This version includes a laser alignment system for registering your vinyl to the cutter for performing contour cutting.

The printing platform can be micro adjusted in level and uprightness direction, and accurate multi-color register. The lift of the printing platform adopts the combination of frequency conversion system and reducer, the speed is adjustable. The printing blade frame adopts frequency drag system, chain transmission, the printing speed and ink reclaiming speed can be adjusted and controlled respectively.

Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil. The attached stencil forms open areas of mesh that transfer ink or other printable materials which can be pressed through the mesh as a sharp-edged image onto a substrate. A fill blade or squeegee is moved across the screen stencil, forcing or pumping ink into the mesh openings for transfer by capillary action during the squeegee stroke.
